Frequently asked questions

Standard G / A / L / E series devices support low-volume evaluation orders (sample quantities) with project pricing at volume tiers. Contact us with your expected annual volume for a tailored quote.

Yes — that's our core business model. Devices ship with open protocols and documented payload formats. If you have a custom protocol, our firmware team can adapt device reporting to match your platform.

Because you build on our proven platform, most ODM projects take 2–6 months total: engineering samples in 2–4 weeks, then 4–6 weeks from approval to mass production. Fully custom designs take longer and are scoped case by case.

2G, 4G Cat.1, Cat.M1 and NB-IoT variants covering Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. Regional variants are matched to your deployment markets.

Both. Many integrators already have their own SaaS and only need hardware. If you don't, we also develop white-label SaaS platforms — dashboard, mobile app and API — under your brand. You choose how much of the stack we provide.

Warranty on manufacturing defects, firmware maintenance and OTA updates, direct engineering support channel for integration questions, and long-term supply commitments for project customers.

No. AOVX works business-to-business with solution integrators, distributors and platform providers. Your customer relationships are yours — we stay behind the scenes.
